Quick-Start 5-Step Workflow

Get your business live on BusinessPlus in under 15 minutes by completing these steps:

  1. Create Your Organization: Register an administrative account and create your primary business organization in the dashboard.
  2. Provision a Site: Navigate to Sites and add your first storefront. Choose a custom .businessplus.co.ke subdomain or connect your own domain.
  3. Add Products & Services: Populate your inventory and service offerings with prices, descriptions, images, and stock quantities.
  4. Train Your AI Knowledge Base: Add operational details such as opening hours, delivery fees, refund terms, and FAQs to the Knowledge Base module.
  5. Connect Payments & WhatsApp: Enable M-Pesa STK push payments and link your WhatsApp Business account for automated customer responses.
