Storefront Architecture
Every site created in BusinessPlus automatically generates a mobile-optimized online storefront. Visitors can browse products, request service appointments, chat with your AI assistant, assemble shopping carts, and make direct payments via M-Pesa or card.
Subdomain Allocation & Custom Domains
When provisioning a store, BusinessPlus allocates a free SSL-secured subdomain (e.g., yourstore.businessplus.co.ke). To map a custom domain (e.g., www.yourstore.co.ke), add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to cname.businessplus.co.ke and enter the domain in Site Settings -> Domains.
Branding & Interface Styling
Customize storefront primary and secondary colors, upload custom favicon logos, define welcome banners, and set header navigation links in Site Settings -> Storefront.
