How BusinessPlus Handles Bookings & Appointments

Booking Architecture
The Bookings module allows clients to select services, choose preferred staff members, pick available time slots, and confirm appointments online via your storefront or WhatsApp chat.
Staff Calendars & Shift Slots
Navigate to Dashboard -> Calendar to view interactive daily, weekly, or monthly staff schedules. Define staff working hours, break times, and service capabilities to prevent double-booking.
Service Durations & Deposit Requirements
Assign duration parameters (e.g. 45 mins, 2 hours) to each service. Optionally require non-refundable deposit payments via M-Pesa to confirm booking slots.
