Plan Feature Breakdown
The four plan tiers offer the following capabilities:
- Starter Tier: Designed for single-location retail and solopreneurs. Includes 1 Site, 2 Collaborators, up to 100 Products/Services, and standard online checkout.
- Growth Tier: Ideal for expanding local businesses. Includes up to 3 Sites, 5 Collaborators, 500 Products/Services, custom domain mapping, and WhatsApp integration.
- Business Pro Tier: The complete omnichannel suite. Unlimited Products/Services, 10 Collaborators, 24/7 Grounded AI Assistant, Social Media Composer, and advanced analytics.
- Enterprise Tier: Custom multi-organization infrastructure, dedicated API rate limits, custom SLA support, and automated multi-branch inventory synchronization.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Organization owners can upgrade or change plans anytime from Dashboard -> Settings -> Organization -> Billing. When upgrading, the prorated difference is credited towards your new tier.
