Architecture of BusinessPlus Subscriptions
BusinessPlus subscriptions are managed at the Organization level, providing centralized billing across all physical branches, digital sites, team members, and custom domains in your account.
Core Billing Principles
The platform operates under four key billing principles:
- 1. Transparent Flat-Rate Pricing: Simple monthly or annual subscription plans with no hidden transaction fees on your sales revenue.
- 2. 14-Day Free Trial: Every newly registered organization receives 14 days of full feature access on the Business Pro tier with no credit card required upfront.
- 3. Instant Local Payment (M-Pesa): Renew your subscription instantly via Safaricom M-Pesa STK push or international credit/debit card.
- 4. Non-Destructive Data Policy: If a subscription lapses, your product catalog, orders, and customer data are never deleted. The account enters Read-Only mode until renewed.
Billing Cycles: Monthly vs Annual
Organizations can choose between flexible month-to-month billing or discounted annual billing (providing two months free per year).
