Accessing Organization Billing

Navigate to Dashboard -> Settings -> Organization -> Billing (`/dashboard/settings/organization/billing`) to manage billing details for your corporate account.

Configurable Billing Information

Ensure your platform invoices match official corporate accounting standards by maintaining:

Legal Business Name: The registered legal entity name printed on your subscription tax invoices.
KRA PIN / Tax ID: Your tax registration number for compliant VAT accounting.
Billing Contact Email: Email destination where automated renewal receipts and billing notices are sent.
Corporate Physical Address: Registered head office address displayed on official invoice PDFs.

Auditing Past Platform Statements

The Billing Statements table displays a complete historical log of all subscription payments, including date, amount paid, payment method, and 1-click PDF receipt downloads.
