Internal vs Customer Visibility Rules

Fields marked as "internal" (such as `cost_price`, `reorder_point`, `low_stock_alert`, and `track_expiry`) are restricted to dashboard staff. They are never returned by public storefront endpoints or exposed in customer checkouts.
