Adding Your First Product or Service
Get your catalog live in under 2 minutes: add physical products with prices and stock counts, or configure bookable service appointments.
Choosing Between Products and Services
BusinessPlus supports both physical retail goods with inventory tracking and bookable appointment services with calendar scheduling.
Adding a Retail Product
To publish a product:
- 1. Open Inventory: Go to Dashboard -> Inventory and click "+ Add Product".
- 2. Enter Details: Enter Title, Price (e.g. 3500), Category (e.g. Footwear), Stock Quantity (e.g. 20), and upload photos.
- 3. Save & Publish: Click "Save Product". The item appears immediately on your public storefront and is indexed by the AI assistant.
Adding a Bookable Service
To publish a service, navigate to Dashboard -> Services, click "+ Add Service", set Duration (e.g. 60 mins), Price, and mark `is_bookable = true`.
