Internal Staff Notes & Account Assignment
Collaborate on customer relationships: maintain internal staff notes, record customer sizing and preferences, and assign dedicated staff account managers.
Internal Staff Notes
Staff members can write private internal notes on any customer profile (`/dashboard/customers/:id`). These notes are strictly invisible to the customer and are used to record preferences, sizing details, gate codes, or delivery instructions.
Staff Account Assignment
Assign specific high-value VIP or wholesale clients to dedicated team members:
- 1. Select Account Manager: In the customer profile header, select a team member from the "Assigned Staff" dropdown.
- 2. Filter Directory by Staff: Team members can filter the master customer directory to view only the accounts assigned to them.
- 3. Personalized Service: Assigned managers receive priority notifications when their clients place new orders or send WhatsApp messages.
