BusinessPlus Social allows businesses to connect their social accounts, schedule promotional posts, generate AI captions grounded in their product catalog, and track published post statuses from a unified dashboard.
Connecting Social Accounts
To connect accounts, navigate to Dashboard -> Social -> Overview (`/dashboard/social`):
- 1. Initiate Meta OAuth: Click "Connect Social Account" and select Facebook or Instagram to launch the secure Meta authentication popup.
- 2. Grant Permissions: Authorize permissions for pages management, publishing posts, and reading account insights.
- 3. Select Destination Pages: Choose which Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts to connect to your current BusinessPlus site.
- 4. Account Verification: Connected accounts display with their profile picture, handle, and an "Active" health status badge.
Managing & Disconnecting Accounts
Team administrators can refresh account tokens, toggle channels on or off, or disconnect social channels at any time without affecting past published posts.
