Opening the Social Composer
Navigate to Dashboard -> Social -> Compose (`/dashboard/social/compose`) to draft and schedule posts across your connected social channels.
Step-by-Step Post Creation Workflow
To compose a post:
- 1. Select Target Destinations: Select one or more connected social accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram Profile) to receive the post.
- 2. Upload Media Assets: Upload high-resolution product photos or promotional graphics (PNG, JPG, WebP) directly to secure storage.
- 3. Draft Post Copy: Write post content or use the "Generate Copy with AI" button to automatically draft captions based on your active inventory.
- 4. Choose Timing & Publish: Click "Publish Now" for immediate distribution, or select "Schedule for Later" and pick your desired date and time.
Multi-Destination Dispatch
When a scheduled post fires, the automated social publishing service broadcasts the post simultaneously across all selected social channels.
