Step-by-Step Transfer Procedure

To execute a site transfer:

1. Initiate Transfer Request: Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Site Settings -> General, scroll to "Transfer Site Ownership", enter the client's email address, and click "Send Transfer Request".
2. Secure Transfer Token Generation: The platform generates a secure 7-day transfer token and emails the recipient a secure acceptance link.
3. Client Acceptance: The client signs in or creates an account, reviews the transfer summary, and clicks "Accept Transfer".
4. Complete Resource Migration: The site container, domain mapping, catalog items, and customer records migrate into the client's organization immediately.
