How Multi-Site Architecture Works

BusinessPlus allows organizations to create and manage multiple independent Sites under a single billing subscription. Each site maintains its own product catalog, booking calendar, custom domain, and order ledger.

Creating Additional Sites

To provision a new branch site:

1. Open Sites Hub: Navigate to Dashboard -> Sites (`/dashboard/sites`) and click "+ Create Site".
2. Define Name & Subdomain: Enter the branch name (e.g. "Apex Mombasa") and select a unique subdomain slug.
3. Select Category: Choose the appropriate business category to apply tailored theme defaults.
4. Instant Activation: The new site becomes immediately accessible with its own dedicated dashboard and URL.

Site Switcher & Global Context

Use the Site Switcher dropdown in the top dashboard navbar to toggle between your different physical branches seamlessly.
