3. Refund & Return Policy: Specifies return eligibility windows (e.g. 7 or 14 days), inspection conditions, and refund settlement methods.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy: Details delivery timeframes, courier rates, regional coverage zones, and package tracking expectations.
