Revenue Methodology & Status Classification

BusinessPlus categorizes financial order value strictly based on fulfillment and payment verification states to prevent premature revenue recognition:

Confirmed Revenue (`REVENUE_STATUSES`): Includes only orders with `paid` or `completed` status where payment has been verified via M-Pesa, card, or manual entry.
Pipeline Value (`PIPELINE_STATUSES`): Includes orders with `confirmed` status awaiting customer payment clearance or final delivery handoff.
Total Demand: Includes all newly placed orders (`placed`, `pending`), representing gross unfulfilled customer demand.
