Color-Coded Status Distribution
Status categories are color-coded for fast operational scanning:
- Placed & Pending (Grey / Yellow): New orders awaiting staff review or customer payment confirmation.
- Confirmed & Processing (Blue): Orders validated by staff and currently being packed or dispatched.
- Paid & Delivered (Green): Successfully completed transactions with cleared payment and verified customer receipt.
- Cancelled (Red): Orders cancelled by staff or customer. High cancellation rates indicate stock shortages or payment friction.
